There is no excuse! If you can’t afford to enroll in a proper gym., take a walk everyday. Find a group to do it with, if you lack motivation!
It comes with a bunch of benefits: good health, sharp mind, stamina, creativity, great relationships, confidence, long life and the list goes on…..
If you haven’t started doing this already, start today! If you started and stopped, get up and go again but if it’s now a habit for you keep it up!
